Beepo is hiring an Offshore Production Coordinator for a remote day-shift role in Central Luzon, Philippines. You will coordinate production and order fulfillment, monitor schedules, and ensure timely delivery while communicating with internal teams and suppliers.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain smooth operations. You’ll work with ERP/workflow systems, support procurement and logistics, and contribute to productive outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Operations or SCM preferred.
• Experience in production coordination, operations or supply chain.
• Strong organization and time management with multi-priority focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day production, operational, or order fulfillment activities.
• Monitor progress, schedules, and delivery timelines for timely completion.
• Communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders for updates.
• Maintain accurate production records and operational reports.
• Track multiple jobs and enforce deadlines and accuracy.
• Identify delays or bottlenecks and escalate issues as needed.
• Support inventory, procurement, logistics, or supply chain activities.
• Utilize ERP/workflow systems to manage production and data accuracy.
• Assist in improving processes to boost productivity and service delivery.
