Beepo is hiring an Offshore Production Coordinator for a remote day-shift role in Central Luzon, Philippines. You will coordinate production and order fulfillment, monitor schedules, and ensure timely delivery while communicating with internal teams and suppliers.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain smooth operations. You’ll work with ERP/workflow systems, support procurement and logistics, and contribute to productive outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Operations or SCM preferred.
• Experience in production coordination, operations or supply chain.
• Strong organization and time management with multi-priority focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day production, operational, or order fulfillment activities.
• Monitor progress, schedules, and delivery timelines for timely completion.
• Communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders for updates.
• Maintain accurate production records and operational reports.

Qualifications and Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred. • Experience in production coordination, operations, supply chain, order fulfillment, or a similar coordination role. • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred/Nice to Have: • Experience supporting offshore teams or shared services operations. • Experience using job management, ERP, or workflow management systems. • Familiarity with production planning, order management, logistics, or supply chain processes. • Experience coordinating with suppliers, vendors, or cross-functional operational teams. • Experience in the promotional products, manufacturing, printing, retail, or distribution industry is an advantage. • Exposure to process improvement or operational efficiency initiatives.
