Hunt St seeks a Philippines-based Offshore Bookkeeper engaged directly by an Australian boutique bookkeeping and Virtual CFO advisory studio. The role is remote, independent contractor, and aligned with Australian business hours.

You will perform precise bookkeeping and payroll support, ensuring file integrity and compliance under SOPs. The candidate will work with a Senior Bookkeeper and Principal, maintaining structured client files and delivering review-ready outputs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years bookkeeping experience with Australian clients.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to work remotely with reliable setup and security.
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain organized client files.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions and maintain client files in Xero and DEXT.
• Prepare supplier bills, invoices, and payment schedules for review.
• Assist with payroll drafts and GST/BAS reconciliation as required.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and prepare P&L/balance sheet reports.
• Maintain internal notes, ensure deadlines, and escalate anomalies as needed.
