Qualifications

• Proven experience in Australian conveyancing or property contract review.
• Strong ability to review off-the-plan contracts and related docs.
• Excellent English written communication for client-facing reports.

Responsibilities

• Review off-the-plan property contracts before signing and assess risks.
• Review supporting docs: disclosures, plans, by-laws, developer docs.
• Identify contractual, legal, financial, and property risks for purchasers.
• Explain terms in plain English and prepare clear contract review reports.
• Suggest amendments, protections, or clarifications before signing.
• Negotiate with solicitors on special conditions where appropriate.
• Review subsequent amendments and disclosures during development.
• Liaise with purchasers, developers, solicitors, and advisers.
• Maintain records of reviews, instructions, negotiations, and amendments.
• Provide handover to conveyancing team after contract signing.
