Job summary

Outsourced.ph is seeking a NOC Technician to deliver help desk services and user support in a 24x7 environment. You will diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, coordinate maintenance, and communicate clearly with internal teams and clients.

This homebased role requires Windows Server 2012-2019 experience, AD/DNS/DHCP, Office 365, and monitoring skills. Work hours are night shifts ( Manila time ), with potential growth as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Windows Server 2012-2019 – required hands-on experience.
• Windows server configuration and server application support – hands-on experience.
• Windows 10 – hands-on experience.
• On premise Active Directory, DNS and DHCP configuration – hands-on experience.
• Office 365 Email and Active Directory – hands-on experience.
• Configuration of Windows server and application troubleshooting.
• Monitoring and Alerting – hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide help desk services and end-user support.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Coordinate maintenance with various departments and vendors.
• Document call transactions and follow standard processes.
• Escalate and redirect problems to appropriate resources.
• Stay current with system information and updates.
