Job summary

NetCov PH is seeking a NOC Engineer for a remote contractor role with US-based compensation. The job focuses on analyzing and resolving system alerts across varied technologies, with support via ticket, email, and phone.

Work hours align to 2:00PM–11:00PM EST, providing permanent work-from-home setup in the PH. You will engage in onboarding, ticket escalation, and multi‑site support while maintaining documentation and contributing to client projects.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of real-world IT experience.
• Previous NOC experience preferred.
• Ability to onboard new clients and handle off-boarding as needed.
• Familiar with Continuum RMM, Webroot, and our toolset.

Responsibilities

• Address and resolve system alerts and outages via ticket, email, and phone.
• Respond promptly to outage/alert notifications and resolve tickets.
• Participate in Help Desk escalations and internal service desk projects.
• Handle client projects as the point of contact when required.
