Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Help Desk/Technical Support experience.
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of Windows 10 and basic network concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting support for hardware, software, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
• Offer virus/malware guidance and security best practices to end users.
• Deliver phone and remote desktop support to customers.
• Create, update, and manage tickets; respond to outages or incidents.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement resolutions.
• Plan patches and software upgrades; train users on basics.
