Job summary

Outsourced.ph is seeking an entry to mid-level NOC Technician to deliver help desk services and provide consistent communication to users. The role involves supporting design, provisioning, installation, and configuration of hardware and software within a 24x7 NOC environment.

You will work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to schedule maintenances, monitor systems, and respond to incidents.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows Server 2012–2019 (2+ years).
• Knowledge of collaboration tools (Zoom, Box, Slack).
• Familiarity with log analytics and SIEM basics (Sumo Logic).
• Experience with on-prem Active Directory, DNS and DHCP configuration.
• Willingness to work night shifts in Manila time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service and support to end-users via phone, remote connection, or Internet.
• Interact with customers to respond to inquiries about products and services.
• Gather information to evaluate symptoms and determine issues.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Follow standard processes and document call transactions.
