MicroSourcing is seeking a Client Services Engineer (NOC L1) to serve as the first contact for technical support from a US-based MSP environment. The role emphasizes remote work with shifting hours and strong diagnostic skills across backups, networks, and systems.

You will troubleshoot Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and networking issues, respond to monitoring alerts, and help ensure business continuity through BDR tests and patch management. Experience with MSP tools is a plus.

Formación

• At least 5 years of end-user IT support experience in a US-based MSP environment.
• Strong hands-on with two or more backup solutions (Acronis, Datto, StorageCraft, or Veeam).
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft 365.
• Networking concepts including routing and firewalls; able to troubleshoot related issues.
• High English communication proficiency (written and verbal).
• Understanding of virtualization and cloud platforms (VMware/Hyper-V, Azure/Google Cloud/AWS).

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the initial contact for technical support via phone, email, chat, and remote sessions.
• Troubleshoot desktop, server, network, email delivery, routing, and firewall issues.
• Handle tickets escalated by North American team and monitor systems for issues.
• Monitor and remediate NOC alerts, backups, and patching across client systems.
• Support Backup and Disaster Recovery tests to ensure data protection.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams.
• Maintain service reliability by proactive monitoring and issue resolution.
