Qualifications

• Experience with Windows desktop/server OS and patching.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms: Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS.
• Identity management and security (Azure AD, Okta).
• MDM tooling and backup/DR knowledge.
• Email systems, mail flow, archiving and compliance.
• SIEM/SOC alerts handling and security tooling.
• Networking basics: TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP.
• Strong English communication and 3+ years IT experience.
• 1+ year NOC experience and ITIL familiarity.
• Analytical, process-driven, customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Resolve alerts on user devices, cloud services, and network issues.
• Coordinate maintenance, after-hours work, and onboarding tasks.
• Liaise with vendors and customers as primary contact point.
• Handle projects for NOC and Support teams.
• Maintain knowledge base and create content improvements.
• Suggest process improvements for better outcomes.
