Job summary

Penbrothers is seeking a NOC Operations Manager to lead the operational delivery of the Network Operations Center within Cloud Engineering. You will own NOC processes, KPIs, runbooks, and service quality for hosted environments, coordinating with the consulting provider for staffing and readiness.

You will guide escalation, monitoring, and incident coordination, serving as the operational owner to ensure scalable coverage for hosted customers and strong collaboration with Support and Platform

Qualifications

• Completion of a recognized four-year post-secondary education program required.
• 5+ years of related IT/NOC operations experience.
• Experience leading operational functions or service delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of monitoring, incident triage, and escalation workflows.
• Ability to define and manage KPIs and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead NOC operations including monitoring, alert triage, ticketing, runbook execution, and reporting.
• Define operational expectations for ticket quality, escalation discipline, and handoff consistency.
• Partner with consulting providers to ensure effective coverage and readiness without direct staffing decisions.
• Own NOC processes, workflows, and runbooks; ensure documentation is accurate and repeatable.
• Coordinate with Support and Cloud Engineering to reduce duplication and clarify ownership.
