Network Operations Center ( NOC ) Engineer monitors and controls large network systems from a central location, focusing on network/system troubleshooting, alarm response, and issue resolution. This is a 100% on-site position requiring strict adherence to SLAs.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Monitor network and server systems and respond to alerts.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and document network/system issues.
• Manage incident reports and perform hardware/software checks.
• Collaborate with vendors/carriers to resolve issues.
• Use network management tools to track performance and traffic statistics.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineer ing or IT-related fields.
• Minimum 3+ year of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules, including weekends.
• Cisco/Microsoft certifications and ITIL knowledge are advantageous.
