Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years in production, procurement, or project management for US-based residential remodels.
• 3 to 5+ years using 2020 Design software — expert level.
• Experience designing kitchen/bath remodels including WOW renderings with AI tools.
• Expert experience ordering cabinetry, refacing materials, and porcelain tile from US suppliers.
• Proven ability to manage material packages from takeoff to installation support.

Responsibilities

• Audit proposals, drawings, and selections for completeness.
• Identify missing information and resolve conflicts before orders.
• Maintain a formal release checklist requiring approvals.
• Create complete cabinet orders including components.
• Order replacement parts and accessories for refacing.
• Calculate takeoffs for porcelain tile and confirm specs.
• Track orders from quotation to closeout and manage logistics.
• Maintain cost analysis and issue resolution with suppliers.
