Job summary

Thrivemodal is seeking an experienced Project Manager to remotely lead high-end U.S. residential kitchen and bathroom remodels from sales handoff through closeout. You will manage scope, selections, materials, schedules, and budgets, coordinating with trades and clients to ensure flawless delivery.

You will oversee 10–20 active projects, maintain Buildertrend updates, and protect gross margin, while delivering premium client service and on-time, on-budget results for our luxury projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on PM experience on U.S.-based high-end residential kitchen/bath remodels.
• Experience managing 10–20 projects concurrently.
• Proven ability to handle end-to-end project lifecycle from handoff to closeout.

Responsibilities

• Audit sold proposals for completeness and alignment.
• Define scope and production planning with measurements and drawings.
• Coordinate procurement and material readiness with U.S. suppliers.
• Schedule installation and coordinate trades and site prerequisites.
• Lead active projects with daily reviews, communications, and issue resolution.
• Protect margin and drive closeout with documentation and invoicing.
