Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• 2-3 years experience in a similar role is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review and release leads to clients using FCRA knowledge, client matrices, and Cisive policy.
• Ensure lead reporting is accurate; maintain clear, concise case notes.
• Participate in the dispute process as needed.
• Note missing requirements in internal case notes.
• Ensure processes meet applicable guidelines and requirements.
• Review work produced by vendors and support teams for accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality and reliable attendance per policies.
• Update inventory levels daily through coordination with leadership.
