Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• At least 5 years of accounts payable experience.
• Strong knowledge of vendor credit applications and payment processing.
• Experience with AP reconciliations, reporting, and financial analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SAP/NetSuite/QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end AP functions and vendor management.
• Process invoices in compliance with policies and contracts.
• Verify invoices against POs and receipts; resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and execute vendor payments via bank transfers, checks, or electronic methods.
• Maintain AP aging reports and assist cash flow forecasting.
• Support audits with AP-related reports and documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation in AP.
