Job summary

Clark Outsourcing is seeking an Accountant Specialist to support the Corporate Finance team. This role involves routine accounting activities such as reconciliations, invoice processing, billing, journal entries, vendor/customer documentation, and month-end closing.

The position will handle assigned processes independently, resolve routine discrepancies, and escalate complex issues as needed. Work hours are 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PH time with a work-from-home setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in accounting tasks such as reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close is desirable.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain account reconciliations for AP, AR, prepaid, payroll, intercompany, and GL accounts.
• Process and allocate invoices, payments, billings, rebates, and other financial transactions.
• Prepare routine journal entries, reclassifications, and accruals.
• Support weekly and monthly financial reconciliations and payment activities.
• Assist with month-end closing, including reports and schedules.
• Support intercompany billing and reconciliation activities.
• Review transactions for accuracy, completeness, and proper coding.
