MicroSourcing in Manila, Philippines is seeking a Finance Support Specialist to join the team on a night shift with remote work. The role focuses on supporting CAMs and accounts, handling inquiries about work orders, ARC requests, and administrative tasks.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Accountancy or related field, 3+ years in accounting, strong MS Excel skills, experience with MYOB, QuickBooks or Xero, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero).
• Familiarity with Australian tax regulations and financial reporting standards is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Supports a specified group of CAMs (2-3) and a portfolio of accounts.
• Receives calls and answers questions about status of work orders or ARC requests.
• Partners with CAM on administrative tasks such as processing community-wide mailers.
• Manages follow-up and closing work order tickets.
• Weekly follow-ups on standard work orders with service providers; notes progress and closes when completed.
• Receives and processes 4041 Forms and other address change requests.
• Reviews open compliance items and notes completion.
• Prepares Architectural Review Applications (ARC) for evaluation by the association board or committee.

Salary: 31,000-40,000 PHP per month

Your Role

• Supports a specified group of CAMs (2-3) and a specific portfolio of accounts


• Receives customer phone calls and answers questions related to status of work orders, ARC requests, or association responsibilities


• Partners with CAM on administrative tasks such as processing community‑wide mailers with SouthData


• Manages follow‑up and closing work order tickets


• Weekly follows up on all standard work orders with service providers, notes accounts on progress and closes out if completed


• Receives, processes and manages 4041 Forms and all other address change requests


• Reviews open compliance items to follow‑up and ensures completion is notated


• Prepares Architectural Review Applications (ARC) for evaluation by association board of directors and/or committee(s)


• Processes approval/denial of ARC applications, sends to homeowners, and files accordingly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field


• 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping (fresh graduates may be considered)


• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software: MYOB, Quickbooks, Xero


• Familiarity with Australian tax regulations and financial reporting standards is advantageous


• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy


• Good organizational and time‑management skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
