Job summary
TOA Global is seeking a US Tax Accountant to manage full-charge bookkeeping, US tax return preparation, and related tasks for individuals and corporations in a Philippines-based team.
You will use QuickBooks Online and ProConnect Tax Online to prepare returns (1040, 1120), perform reconciliations, maintain ledgers, and support onshore US firm managers with timely deliveries. Onsite, full-time night shift with competitive pay.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on Philippine generalist accounting experience.
- At least 1+ year of dedicated US Tax experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Prepare complete federal individual tax returns (Form 1040) and corporate tax filings (Form 1120) using ProConnect Tax Online.
- Perform full-charge bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online with reconciliations, AR/AP, invoicing, and payroll processing.
- Apply knowledge of US entity structures, tax mandates, and IRS forms to resolve tax queries.
- Assemble clean tax workpapers and audit trails with source documents.
- Maintain QuickBooks Online Certification and follow SOPs for workflows.
- Collaborate with US onshore firm managers to ensure timely tax season deliveries.
