Based in Clark, Philippines, you will handle U.S. individual and small business tax returns, quarterly compliance, and year-round bookkeeping while aligning with U.S.

hours. The role emphasizes tax-first expertise, independence, and collaboration with the Lead Tax Manager to ensure audit-ready files and accurate tax workflows.

Qualifications

• 4 to 5+ years accounting and tax experience.
• Experience in preparing U.S. tax returns.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare U.S. individual and business tax returns.
• Manage quarterly estimates and extension filings.
• Organize and review incoming tax documentation for audit-ready files.
• Perform bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online and maintain client records.
• Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations; support month-end close.
• Collaborate with Lead Tax Manager on tax projects.
