GoLean Health is seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Medical Receptionist to support our US-based Neurology clinic. This remote role requires excellent communication, organization, and the ability to manage a high volume of calls, referrals, and admin tasks with accuracy.

You will handle appointment scheduling, prior authorizations, insurance verification, referrals, and patient inquiries, maintaining patient records in the EMR system. Prior experience in US healthcare and eCW is preferred.
