Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Accounting Bookkeeper to support day-to-day bookkeeping across global entities while working from home. The role emphasizes accurate financial record keeping in a multi‑currency environment and applying judgment beyond data entry.

We welcome candidates with a solid accounting foundation, 1–2 years of experience, and hands-on NetSuite OneWorld experience, with QuickBooks Online preferred. This position offers remote work with opportunities in a global setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a professional accounting role.

Responsibilities

• Process and code vendor bills with proper account classification and tax treatment.
• Code daily bank and credit card transactions across multiple entities.
• Support accounts receivable workflows including client statements and collections follow-ups.
• Run standard financial reports and assist with ad hoc data requests.
