Job summary

Booth and Partners is seeking a hands-on Bookkeeper and Financial Analyst to own day-to-day bookkeeping across multiple entities. You will maintain the general ledger, perform month-end close, and turn financial data into clear reports, budgets, and forecasts for leadership.

The role requires strong analytical skills, multi-entity experience, and proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Excel/Sheets. A remote-friendly, detail-oriented professional with excellent English communication will thrive.

Qualifications

3–6 years of full-charge bookkeeping and/or accounting experience.
Experience supporting multiple entities is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of accrual accounting, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and month-end close.
Strong analytical skills in budget preparation, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets including building financial models from scratch.
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day bookkeeping across multiple entities.
Categorize transactions and maintain accurate charts of accounts.
Keep the general ledger clean and up to date.
Perform month-end close: bank, credit card, balance sheet reconciliations; accruals and adjusting entries.
Manage AP/AR: process bills, run payments, issue invoices, monitor collections.
Coordinate with CPAs and tax preparers during year-end reporting.
Integrate financial systems to streamline the close (QBO, Ramp, Rho, etc.).
Prepare monthly financial statements: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow; develop KPI dashboards.
