Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst (Netsuite) to support day-to-day bookkeeping across global entities in a work-from-home setup. You will maintain accurate records in a multi-currency environment, applying accounting judgment rather than simple data entry, within the core accounting operations layer.

Responsibilities include transactional bookkeeping, vendor bill coding, A/R workflows, and multi-entity reconciliations on NetSuite OneWorld with QuickBooks Online support where

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a professional accounting role.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience is required, especially multi-entity and multi-currency environments.

Responsibilities

• Process and code vendor bills with correct classifications and tax treatment.
• Support AR workflows including client statements and collections tracking.
• Code daily bank and credit card transactions across multiple entities.
