Job summary

Magic, Inc. is seeking a NetSuite Accountant for a freelance, remote role in the Philippines. You will ensure accurate GL operations, support month-end close, and optimize reporting within NetSuite, while assisting with payroll and billing integrations.

The role requires at least 2+ years of staff accounting, strong NetSuite skills, and advanced Excel. This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity with Pacific Time business hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of staff accounting or general ledger experience including journal entries and month-end close.
• Hands-on Oracle NetSuite experience preferred, including saved searches, reports, dashboards, and user support.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries; manage AP/AR workflows.
• Perform daily cash and monthly bank reconciliations; handle allocations.
• Maintain chart of accounts, subsidiary structure, and master data.
• Build and maintain NetSuite saved searches, financial reports, dashboards, and recurring analyses.
• Assist with integrations (e.g., Paylocity, billing systems); troubleshoot NetSuite errors.
