Job summary

York Hamilton Corporate Partners is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to manage AP/AR, payroll, BAS preparation, and multi-entity reconciliations using Xero. This remote role supports end-to-end bookkeeping, compliance, and finance administration while ensuring accuracy and timely reporting across entities.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years Australian bookkeeping experience, strong Xero skills, and an ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years Australian bookkeeping experience with BAS services.
• Proficiency in Xero and common third‑party add‑ons.
• Formal bookkeeping or accounting qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of PAYG and Superannuation rules.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile AP/AR across multiple entities.
• Manage expenses and credit card transactions.
• Run Xero Payroll including PAYG and Superannuation.
• Perform bank reconciliations and EOM processes.
• Lodge BAS and provide ad hoc accounting support.
• Ensure accurate Xero data entry and reporting.
