Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).
• 1–2 years in professional accounting.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience, multi-entity/multi-currency.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and code vendor bills with proper classifications and tax treatment.
• Support AR workflows including statements, collections, dispute tracking.
• Code daily bank and credit card transactions across entities.
• Maintain audit-ready, clean data across systems.
• Prepare monthly amortization entries and reconcile balances.
