Ignyte Assurance Platform™ seeks a Senior Bookkeeper based in the Philippines to manage day-to-day accounting for multiple US-based entities, focusing on AR/AP, reconciliations, and month-end close using QuickBooks Online.

The role requires collaboration with CPAs, tax professionals, and internal stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality and consistency across entities while adhering to established processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based businesses or professional services.
• Experience managing multiple legal entities and intercompany reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain books for multiple entities and intercompany transactions.
• Coordinate with accounting team and CPAs; follow close checklists.
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations; support month-end close.
