Job summary

Sharesource is seeking a Level 2 Technical Support Engineer to join the Modern Workplace team. You will own day-to-day support across Microsoft 365, endpoint, identity, security, and cloud services, helping service improvements and coordinating with Level 3 engineers.

Responsibilities include customer environment ownership, proactive updates, and using ConnectWise for accurate tickets and documentation. This role is remote, based in the Philippines with occasional onsite activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in service desk, helpdesk, MSP, or technical support.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps and identity/security concepts.
• Experience supporting Windows/macOS and cloud services across multiple tenants.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day customer environments and drive issue resolution.
• Coordinate with Level 3, manage tickets, and provide clear customer updates.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to improvements and automation.
• Provide desktop, device, software, and cloud support across tenants.
