Job summary

Sharesource is seeking a Level 2 Technical Support Engineer to join the Modern Workplace team. You will own customer environments, troubleshoot across Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365, and coordinate with Level 3 engineers for complex issues.

We value proactive service improvements, clear communication, and ownership. This remote role supports PH residents with occasional onsite activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in a service desk, helpdesk, MSP, or technical support role.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Entra ID).
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS users, devices, and cloud services across multiple customer environments.
• Clear written and verbal communication with ability to provide confident customer updates.
• Ability to triage, prioritize, and manage multiple tickets and priorities with good judgement.

Responsibilities

• Own customer environments across Microsoft 365, endpoint and identity.
• Provide escalated support from Level 1 to resolution or escalation.
• Plan workloads to minimise backlog and maintain ticket hygiene.
• Produce clear diagnostics, actions, and next steps for issues.
