Job summary

Sharesource, a Philippines-based B Corp, is seeking a Level 2 Technical Support Engineer to join the Modern Workplace team. You will own day-to-day support, manage escalations, and drive improvements across Microsoft 365, endpoints, and cloud services.

You will work in a remote/hybrid setup, collaborating with Level 3 engineers, vendors, and customers to deliver timely updates and practical solutions, while documenting processes and contributing to the knowledge base.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in a service desk, helpdesk, MSP, or technical support.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Entra ID, and security concepts.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS across multiple customer environments.
• Clear written and verbal communication with ability to provide confident updates.
• Ability to triage, prioritise, manage multiple tickets and work with supervision.
• Familiarity with ConnectWise or similar ITSM/PSA platforms.
• Experience supporting customer environments and service improvement actions.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop, device, software, connectivity, onboarding and offboarding support across Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Troubleshoot issues across Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 tenants.
• Support endpoint management, device compliance, deployment tasks using Intune.
• Assist with basic network triage including connectivity, DNS, DHCP, and LAN/WAN issues where required.
• Log incidents and updates accurately in ConnectWise.
• Document runbooks, known issues, onboarding/offboarding steps, and handover notes.
