Kalutasan, Inc. is building a scalable MSP support team from the Philippines. This 100% remote, full-time contractor role places you with U.S.-based MSP clients, handling first-line technical support, ticketing, and basic troubleshooting.

With 1+ year MSP experience, you’ll work across multiple client environments, use PSA/RMM tools, and escalate when needed. Kalutasan backs your growth with certifications support and clear pathways.

Qualifications

• 1+ year MSP experience required.
• Experience with PSA and RMM platforms.
• Experience closing tickets in fast-paced support.
• Exposure to multiple clients and different IT infrastructures.
• Strong troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Professional client communication.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Dependable, responsive, and ownership mindset.
• Based in the Philippines and comfortable with US work hours.
• Experience with ConnectWise, Autotask, HaloPSA, Datto RMM, NinjaOne, N-able, IT Glue, or Hudu is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Answering support desk calls and communicating with end users.
• Creating, categorizing, prioritizing, and routing tickets.
• Performing initial troubleshooting and resolving L1 issues.
• Password resets and login issues.
• Printer and basic workstation troubleshooting.
• Monitoring ticket status, notes, updates, and timesheets.
• Backup and alert monitoring.
• Patch management and monitoring.
• Spam filtering administration.
• Installing and auditing MSP tools across client environments.
• Vendor coordination.
• Documentation and status updates.
• Identifying issues that require escalation and getting them to the right resource.
