Job summary

Kalutasan, a remote-first engineering partner, seeks an experienced MSP engineer to manage advanced escalations, infrastructure troubleshooting, and project work for U.S.-based MSP clients. You will own complex technical work, design migrations, and mentor junior technicians.

We require 3+ years of hands-on MSP experience, strong PSA/RMM skills, and excellent English communication. This is a full-time contractor role with 100% remote work and opportunities for certification support up to $500

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on MSP experience.
• Advanced troubleshooting ability.
• Experience owning and resolving complex escalated tickets.
• Microsoft 365 and Azure experience.
• Strong networking knowledge and firewall experience.
• Server/infrastructure administration in diverse client environments.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly.
• Based in the Philippines; comfortable with US-based MSP hours.
• Experience with MSP platforms such as ConnectWise, Autotask, HaloPSA, Datto RMM, NinjaOne, N-able, IT Glue, Hudu or comparable tools is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Advanced L2/L3 escalations and root cause analysis.
• Microsoft 365 migrations and Azure configuration.
• Email, tenant, SharePoint and OneDrive migrations.
• Azure/AWS environment administration.
• Group Policy creation and management; firewall/VPN configurations.
• Monitoring, patching strategies, and automated software deployment.
• Technical project work and mentoring L1/L2 technicians.
