Job summary

You will handle a variety of MSP services, document solutions, and coordinate timely resolutions with clients, while diagnosing and resolving desktop, software, and network issues.

Qualifications

• Ability to absorb and apply technical knowledge.
• Proficiency in explaining technical issues to non-technical people in simple language.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team and manage time well.
• Ability to handle and track a variety of tasks, technical as well as administrative, at one time.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, desktop applications, email clients, and basic networking.
• Very strong customer service skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Microsoft experience is definitely valued as well

Responsibilities

• Take on a wide variety of services offered by the MSP, often involving client interactions.
• Listen to client issues to document and coordinate a timely resolution.
• Perform a wide variety of tasks across a diverse set of computers, devices, servers, and applications.
• Be the first line of support for requests made by clients and will be responsible for seeing the issue through to resolution or coordinating the resources necessary to achieve that goal.
• Diagnose and resolve desktop, software, and network problems related to functionality, connectivity, management, and monitoring, or other software and hardware problems.
• Document solutions and procedures in detail.
