Job summary
Coconut is hiring a MondayImplementation Manager to oversee 10–20 client accounts, translating client needs into monday.com solutions with custom workflows, automations, and dashboards. The role is full‑time and remote, aligning with 9–6 PM EST, offering a competitive compensation package and signing bonus.
You will lead strategy sessions, deliver training, manage governance and permissions, and provide ongoing support to ensure client success and project momentum.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management, implementation, or consulting in a client-facing role.
- Proven experience with monday.com including advanced workflows, automations, and integrations.
- Strong communication and training/documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage 10–20 active client accounts and ensure milestones are met on time.
- Translate client needs into tailored monday.com solutions and configurations.
- Lead strategy sessions, provide training, and oversee governance and permissions.
- Provide ongoing client support to ensure satisfaction and project momentum.
- Collaborate with internal teams and monday.com for seamless execution.
