Qualifications

• 7–10 years in sales experience, including 3–5+ years managing quota-carrying reps.
• Proven track record leading mid‑market or high-velocity sales teams.
• Strong pipeline inspection and forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing mid-market sales team of Account Executives.
• Drive weekly pipeline and forecast reviews with disciplined inspection and clear next steps.
• Coach reps on deal execution from discovery to close and improve positioning.
