Job summary

FUJIFILM MicroChannel is seeking a Microsoft Licensing Specialist (Work from Home) to handle finance and licensing support for sales and projects. The role involves ordering hardware, software, subscriptions, and maintaining customer data across internal systems.

You will review data, monitor cost vs revenue, and prepare invoices and credit notes while ensuring smooth operations. The position requires experience in an MSP finance/admin environment and familiarity with Microsoft CSP and SPLA

Qualifications

• Several years’ experience within the finance/admin department of a Managed Services Provider.
• Experience with Microsoft CSP and SPLA licensing.
• Good understanding of technology.

Responsibilities

• Order hardware and software including Subscriptions and Maintenance.
• Coordinate within the team on new sales.
• Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in internal system.
• Provide assistance and early warning of problems such as cost greater than revenue, excessive charges, and potential penalties.
• Draft and generate customer invoices.
• Process approved credit notes.
• Complete reporting requirements as set by the Manager.
• Update internal procedures.
• Ad hoc task as requested.
