GECO Asia Pte. Ltd is seeking a Software License Management Specialist to support Business Solutions & Services (BSS) software license management. The role collaborates with CSMs, BRMs, Procurement, Finance, and vendors to manage the full license lifecycle.

We are looking for a Software License Management Specialist to support Business Solutions & Services (BSS) software license management. The role will work closely with Client Service Managers (CSMs), Business Relationship Managers (BRMs), Procurement, Finance, business stakeholders, and vendors to manage software licensing requirements throughout the license lifecycle.
The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Manage software license renewals by confirming requirements, initiating procurement requests, and ensuring timely PO and invoice processing.
Analyze software renewal agreements and provide recommendations on renewal strategies, cost optimization, and budget alignment.
Coordinate and execute software renewals, ensuring timely processing of sourcing requests, purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
Maintain accurate software asset inventories and license tracking tools throughout the license lifecycle.
Prioritize renewals to minimize business disruption and maintain application support.
Monitor renewal costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets and funding sources.
Resolve invoice, payment, and vendor inquiries by identifying root causes and implementing appropriate solutions.
Prepare and support recurring reports as required.
Ensure compliance with software licensing requirements and corporate IT, Procurement, and Finance policies and procedures.
Collaborate with CSMs, BRMs, IT teams, Procurement, Finance, business partners, and vendors.
Provide guidance to contingent workers and assist with team coordination as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
4-7 years of relevant experience in software license management, contract management, business analysis, project management, budgeting, or related areas.
Knowledge of software asset lifecycle management, software licensing practices, and compliance requirements is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 and reporting/tracking tools.
Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to independently manage assignments with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and vendors.
Proactive and self-driven - able to identify requirements, anticipate next steps, and drive tasks to completion with minimal direction.
