Job summary

24hours Group in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Meta PPC Specialist for US-based home service campaigns. You will own campaigns end-to-end, from strategy and setup to optimization and reporting, focusing on lead generation and CPL targets.

The role requires hands-on Meta Ads management for US clients, agency experience preferred, strong analytics, knowledge of Meta Pixel, CAPI, GA4, and CRM integration. This is a full-time remote position with PST hours.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience for US-based home services.
• Proven ability to generate leads and meet CPL targets.
• Experience juggling multiple client accounts in an agency setting.
• Strong analytics, reporting, and optimization skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and manage full-funnel Meta campaigns for US home services.
• Develop targeting, structure, budgets, bidding, and offers.
• Optimize for lead quality, CPL, CAC, and ROAS with data-backed tests.
• Collaborate with CRM and sales teams to drive qualified customers.
• Prepare clear performance reports for clients and stakeholders.
