Job summary

AgentSync in Remote (Philippines) seeks a Full-Time Meta Ads & Google Ads Specialist to own paid campaigns end-to-end. You will set up, optimise, report on performance, and work with clients across multiple accounts.

The role requires hands-on paid media experience and autonomy, with a focus on both Meta and Google platforms. Ideal candidates have proven lead generation experience, ability to make data-driven recommendations, and familiarity with Google Tag Manager and GA4.

Qualifications

• Proven experience generating leads and revenue for service-based and ecommerce businesses on Google and Meta.
• Comfortable making independent recommendations to improve campaign performance.
• Strong understanding of how Meta and Google algorithms work (e.g. Meta Andromeda and concept-based campaigns).
• Technical experience setting up and troubleshooting tracking (Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel).
• Solid grasp of how paid channels work together across the purchase funnel.
• Prior experience working with Australian marketing agencies.

Responsibilities

• Build, upload, and implement Meta and Google paid ad campaigns
• Provide ad strategy support and drive ongoing campaign optimisation
• Audit existing campaigns to identify performance gaps and opportunities
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking infrastructure, including Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixels
• Produce ad creative—ad copy, video editing, and image editing—for campaigns
• Create and review client-facing performance reports and send reports to clients
• Support Digital Growth Manager with day-to-day paid ads strategy and execution
• Handle last-minute campaign requests and launch with short turnaround
