GrowthAssistant is hiring a Paid Social Specialist to launch and optimize Meta campaigns for a fast-growing DTC/e-commerce agency. You will run weekly experiments, coordinate creative assets, and surface what’s working to clients and internal teams.

The role requires 3+ years of Meta ads experience, strong KPI fluency, and agency management of 4+ clients with US-based brands. This is a fully remote position with EST/PST hours and collaborative tools like Asana.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Meta ads setup and optimization.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CTR, CPM, CAC KPI.
• Experience building reports in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to analyze creative ads and recommend changes.
• Agency experience managing 4+ clients with US-based clients.
• Fluent English, proactive communication; proficient with Asana.
• Willing to work EST or PST hours.

Responsibilities

• Launch new Meta ad campaigns from scratch and run weekly experiments.
• Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CTR, CPM, CAC trends.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to gather assets and copy for tests.
• Manage daily and weekly spend pacing and budget optimization.
• Perform daily/weekly account health tasks and QA ahead of weekends.
• Proactively surface optimization opportunities from data trends.
• Build dashboards/reports in Google Sheets via Funnel.io and reconcile with data.
• Communicate progress and issues with the team via Slack/Email/Meetings.
