GrowthAssistant is hiring a Paid Social Specialist to launch and optimize Meta campaigns for a fast-growing DTC/e-commerce agency. You will run weekly experiments, coordinate creative assets, and surface what’s working to clients and internal teams.

The role requires 3+ years of Meta ads experience, strong KPI fluency, and agency management of 4+ clients with US-based brands. This is a fully remote position with EST/PST hours and collaborative tools like Asana.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of ROAS, CTR, CPM, CAC KPI.
• Experience building reports in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to analyze creative ads and recommend changes.
• Agency experience managing 4+ clients with US-based clients.
• Fluent English, proactive communication; proficient with Asana.
• Willing to work EST or PST hours.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

We're hiring a Paid Social Specialist for a fast-growing DTC/e-commerce growth marketing agency — launching and optimizing Meta ad campaigns from scratch, running weekly creative and landing page experiments, and proactively surfacing what's working (and what isn't) to internal teams and clients.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

• Campaign Launch: Launch new Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns from scratch, along with major weekly experiments and A/B tests across creative, campaigns, and landing pages.
• Optimization: Optimize Meta campaigns based on data trends from ROAS, CTR, CPM, and similar metrics.
• Creative Coordination: Collect and launch ad content, assets, and copy from cross-functional marketing teams, reviewing creative testing and performance and sharing feedback with the design team.
• Spend Management: Monitor spend pacing versus goal, and optimize ad spend budget per day, week, and month based on data and manager direction.
• Account Maintenance: Conduct essential daily and weekly account health tasks — checking new test delivery, flagging issues, turning off underperformers, scaling winners, and QA'ing accounts ahead of the weekend.
• Proactive Reporting: Proactively surface optimization opportunities based on trends in ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate.
• Dashboard Building: Build reports in Google Sheets via Funnel.io using formulas, functions, graphs, charts, and pivot tables, reconciling dashboards with platform data regularly.
• Team Communication: Communicate proactively and consistently with the internal team via Slack, video calls, email, and project management tools.

What You Bring

• Meta Ads Experience: 3+ years of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads experience setting up and optimizing campaigns.
• Metrics Fluency: Strong understanding of and experience calculating ROAS, CTR, CPM, CAC, and other key paid media KPIs.
• Reporting: Experience building reports in Excel and Google Sheets to show paid media trends in real time and over time.
• Creative Analysis: Expertise understanding Meta ads data — including creative ad analysis — and making recommendations on what is and isn't working.
• Agency Experience: Agency experience managing 4+ clients concurrently, with proven success partnering with U.S.-based clients.
• Communication & Tools: Fluent written and verbal English, proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Asana), and proactive daily communication.
• Schedule: Ability to work EST or PST hours.

• You have Funnel.io experience.
• You have TikTok Ads or Reddit Ads experience.
• You have creative brief writing and design feedback experience.
• You have health and wellness or other compliance-adherent industry experience (e.g. LegitScript or Google certification).
