You will lead lead generation efforts across many Meta ad accounts, working with client success and appointment setting teams to convert clicks into patient bookings.

This full-time role requires strong analytics, experience handling high volumes of accounts, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced agency.

Qualifications

• Experience running Meta ads for local businesses such as dental offices, chiropractors, or home service companies.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and optimize accordingly.
• Experience managing high volumes of ad accounts in a fast-paced agency setting.
• Portfolio demonstrating successful local lead generation campaigns.
• Ability to work independently and maintain consistent performance across multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook) advertising campaigns for local business clients.
• Manage a portfolio of up to 40 client ad accounts simultaneously.
• Analyze campaign performance data and make strategic adjustments to maximize lead generation.
• Collaborate with the client success and appointment setting teams to align ad performance with client outcomes.
• Stay current with Meta platform updates, best practices, and local advertising trends.
