Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a creative Social Media Marketing Specialist - Real Estate to own our brand on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You will craft short-form videos, manage organic content, and run Meta ad campaigns to attract motivated leads, working directly with the business owner.

This 100% remote, part-time role offers flexible hours (Mon-Fri, 6:00 PM–9:00 PM EST) and complete creative freedom to shape our digital identity from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager for campaign setup, targeting, and optimization.
• Creative mindset with ability to produce compelling visual content independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company's Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok presence.
• Create engaging short-form video content (reels) using provided and original footage.
• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta ad campaigns to generate inbound leads.
• Monitor and respond to audience engagement (comments, messages, interactions).
• Track social media analytics and report on campaign performance and audience growth.
• Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms.
