Neolytix is hiring a Patient Access - Medical Virtual Assistant to support US healthcare clients from a remote setup in the Philippines. This full-time role focuses on timely documentation, HIPAA-compliant data entry, and coordinating records between providers and patients.

You will work with a diverse team, leveraging MS Office and EMR tools, and you should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or healthcare-related role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble medical record documentation/charts for physician.
• Ensure medical record compliance by self-documentation attestation.
• Update patient history, physical exams, and other health information.
• Prepare and send documentation to physician for review via data entry and procedures.
• Monitor duration of basic lab results and screening procedures.
• Comply with HIPAA and Joint Commission policies.
• Perform other clerical duties to improve clinic workflow.
• Assess, review and apply criteria as needed.
