Responsibilities

• Answer incoming patient calls promptly and professionally.
• Determine the next step based on office protocols.
• Perform clinical telephone triage within scope and guidelines.

• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
• Document calls and instructions in the EMR.
