Job summary

TTEC is seeking an Instructional Designer to work remotely from Manila, Philippines. You will design engaging learning experiences using learner-centered approaches and learning sciences to boost knowledge retention and performance.

You will collaborate with global teams to redevelop curricula, leverage tools like Articulate Storyline, LMS data, and create accessible, mobile-friendly content across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• 3 years of demonstrable experience in building e-learning content using Storyline or similar tools.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and learning design principles.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and analytics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and basic Excel features.
• Basic project management skills and teamwork in cross-functional settings.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver, evaluate, and enhance virtual blended learning experiences.
• Create learner-centered content leveraging graphic design and media design skills.
• Apply human-centered design and design thinking in an agile environment.
• Use learning data to monitor performance and improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with global teams reporting to LDI leadership.
