Job summary

Aventus Global, a Dubai-headquartered executive search firm, seeks a remote AI Growth Marketer based in the Philippines to build and automate our client lead engine.

You will own outbound and inbound lead workflows, set up no-code marketing automation, and collaborate with the Dubai team on content, analytics and reporting.

This builder role offers exposure to AI tooling, with a direct line to the Head of Brand & Growth and the opportunity to scale our marketing function from the ground up.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in B2B marketing for an international client or employer, ideally in recruitment, professional services, SaaS or an agency.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outbound lead generation with ICP research, LinkedIn and email sequences, landing pages and lead scoring.
• Handle first response and qualification on inbound enquiries during Dubai hours.
• Set up our marketing CRM and pipeline using no-code tools, run workflows and weekly dashboards.
• Use AI tools to automate market briefs, client decks and content repurposing.
• Turn podcast episodes and market briefs into LinkedIn posts and emails.
• Report weekly on funnel metrics and keep tracking spreadsheets updated.
