Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Marketing Director based in Mexico to shape brand, acquisition, distribution, partnerships, creators, content, community, and marketing technology. Define strategy, translate priorities into plans and budgets, and drive measurable commercial outcomes across crypto, Web3, gaming, and digital entertainment.

You will unify multiple channels into a scalable, performance-focused growth engine, balancing long-term brand building with near-term revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing with senior-level leadership responsibilities.
• Fluency in crypto/Web3 culture and engaged online audiences.
• Ability to define and execute comprehensive marketing and brand strategies for growth.
• Strong experience across partnerships, sponsorships, creators/KOLs, affiliates, and distribution strategy.
• Solid understanding of budgets, attribution, ROI, and sustainable growth models.
• Knowledge of modern marketing technology, analytics, automation, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Define the overall marketing and brand strategy with priorities, plans, budgets, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead ambassador programs, creator relationships, and community strategies across platforms (Discord/Telegram).
• Build an integrated distribution engine across owned media, affiliates, communities, social, SEO, and paid channels.
• Lead content and SEO strategy to improve organic visibility on search and social platforms.
• Oversee paid acquisition and develop a sustainable affiliate ecosystem focused on revenue share.
• Own marketing technology, analytics, attribution, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Own the marketing budget and provide regular performance reports to executives.
• Provide senior leadership across acquisition, partnerships, creators, community, content, and marketing tech.
