Job summary

Thrive Digital is seeking a Project Lead in a remote Mexico-friendly setup to guide performance marketing initiatives. You will mentor the team, promote sustainable growth, and ensure long-term campaign success across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and TikTok.

In this role, you’ll lead client communication, manage projects end-to-end, and work with strategists to deliver results while developing teammates to become world-class performance marketers.

Qualifications

• You have executed and scaled performance marketing accounts with $100k-200k USD monthly spend.
• You have coached, mentored, or trained team members to reach career goals.
• You have advanced analytical skills with data visualization tools and dashboards.
• You have led projects end-to-end across ecommerce, lead gen, and other verticals.
• You have grown client relationships through weekly touchpoints and strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level project contributions, autonomously leading complex projects.
• Maintain strong day-to-day client communication and proactive problem solving.
• Train and develop team members to high-quality performance marketers.
• Influence product and service improvements aligned with program objectives.
